OPTIMIZE ELITE:

With wild success the past 3 off-seasons we are bringing back and expanding our Optimize Elite PROGRAM in 2025-2026 off-season. we look forward to offering club level training all Winter long!

Optimize Elite is set up to be for athletes who play A and high level B during their summer season.

Package includes:

  • 2 days a week softball-specific training (Monday & Wednesday)

  • 2 days of Strength & Conditioning  

  • Open Gym available Friday evenings 

This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.

Dates: October 27th - March 6th

  • 8-10U Elite

    • 7:00-8:30pm: Softball Training

    • 6:00-7:00pm: Strength and Conditioning

  • 12U Elite:

    • 5:30-7:00pm Softball Training

    • 4:30-5:30pm Strength and Conditioning

  • 14-16U Elite:

    • 4:00-5:30pm Softball Training

    • 5:30-6:30pm Strength and Conditioning

*No training November 26th, December 24, 29, 31, January 19th, February 16th

Pricing Options Available:

  • $1,500 in Full

  • $340 monthly payment x 5 months

    • Financial Breakdown:

      • 32 hour and a half practices (48 total hours) x $20/hr =$960

      • 32 hour long strength and condition sessions $12/hr ($384 total)

      • 16 Open gym’s = $10/hr = $160

WINTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:

For the athlete that wants to train for softball in the winter, but cannot commit to the more regorous “club level” training regemin that Optimize Elite program includes.

Package includes:

  • 1 day a week softball-specific training (Sunday)

  • Open Gym available Friday evenings for an additional $10 fee

This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.

Dates: November 1st - March 7th

  • 8-10U:

  • 12-16U:

*No training: November 29th and December 27th

Pricing Options Available:

  • $725 in Full

  • $160 monthly payment x 5 months

    • Financial Breakdown:

      • 17: Two hour practices (34 total hours) x $20/hr =$725

6 WEEK- WINTER CATCHING

Camp dates and registration will be posted October 1st

Join us for our 6 week winter CATCHING camp:

Camp Emphasis:

  • Blocking

  • Framing

  • Body positioning

  • Throw downs to second, pick-offs to first and third

  • Tag plays and gaining an understanding of pitch calling

This camp will include athletes ages 9-16 years old. Athletes will be placed in groups and throwing partners based on age and skill level. In the event this camp maxes out with a waitlist, an additional camp will be added and athletes separated based on age/skill level.

Each athlete must provide their own catching gear.

6 WEEK- WINTER PITCHING

Camp dates and registration will be posted October 1st

Join us for our 6 week winter pitching camp

Camp Emphasis:

     - Pitching mechanics

     - Pitching Velocity

     - Pitch Accuracy 

     - Understanding pitch selection and game scenario

     - Secondary pitch for those able.

All pitchers must provide their own catcher.  Optimize will provide a catcher for you for an additional $20/session fee with 48 hour notice.

POWER PITCHING

Join us for our Off-season power pitching program

Camp Emphasis:

  • Explosive Power drills

  • Cardio endurance

  • General lifting mechanics

  • Pitching specific leg drive drills

  • Understanding of biomechanics

  • Pitching specific injury prevention

  • Shoulder and core stability

***No catchers are required for power pitching sessions***
