Our Story

Optimize Physical Therapy & Elite Sport Performance began in 2017 in a single treatment room with a mission to help people recover, perform, and reach their full potential. While providing physical therapy services, we rented local gyms and fields to offer sports performance training, camps, and clinics throughout the community.

As we grew, we traveled across Minnesota providing injury prevention education, sports performance programming, and treatment for athletes in baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, dance, and more.

In 2020, Optimize expanded into a 12,500-square-foot facility featuring private treatment rooms, a strength training area, and indoor turf with batting cages.

In 2026, we proudly serve our community from our 60,000+ square-foot athletic and wellness facility, bringing together healthcare services, sports performance, fitness, court sports, batting cages, turf training, and community programming—all under one roof.

From one treatment room to one of the area's largest indoor athletic facilities, our mission has remained the same: helping individuals of all ages recover, train, compete, and thrive.
