OPTIMIZE ELITE:
With wild success the past 3 off-seasons we are bringing back and expanding our Optimize Elite PROGRAM in 2025-2026 off-season. we look forward to offering club level training all Winter long!
Optimize Elite is set up to be for athletes who play A and high level B during their summer season.
Package includes:
2 days a week softball-specific training (Monday & Wednesday)
2 days of Strength & Conditioning
Open Gym available Friday evenings
This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.
Dates: October 27th - March 6th
12-16U Elite:
4:00-5:30pm Softball Training
5:30-6:30pm Strength and Conditioning
*No training November 26th, December 24, 29, 31, January 19th, February 16th
Pricing Options Available:
$1,500 in Full
$340 monthly payment x 5 months
Financial Breakdown:
32 hour and a half practices (48 total hours) x $20/hr =$960
32 hour long strength and condition sessions $12/hr ($384 total)
16 Open gym’s = $10/hr = $160

WINTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM:
For the athlete that wants to train for softball in the winter, but cannot commit to the more regorous “club level” training regemin that Optimize Elite program includes.
Package includes:
1 day a week softball-specific training (Sunday)
Open Gym available Friday evenings for an additional $10 fee
This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.
Dates: November 1st - March 7th
Times:
8-10U: 4:00-6:00pm
12-16U: 6:10-8:10pm
*No training: November 30th, December 28th, February 8th
Pricing Options Available:
$725 in Full
$160 monthly payment x 5 months

16: Two hour practices (32 total hours) x $22/hr =$725
