  • Mindfulness & Learning is a structured time where campers work on focus, confidence, emotional control, and positive habits. Through age-appropriate activities, discussions, and movement, kids learn how to manage emotions, improve attention, and build strong character skills that support both sports and everyday life.

    Mindfulness and learning help children:

    • Improve focus and attention

    • Handle wins and losses better

    • Build confidence

    • Improve behavior and emotional regulation

    • Transfer skills to school and sports

These skills support athletic performance and personal growth.

  • No. Families can choose the option that works best for them. We offer weekly, 6-week, 10-week, 12-week and full-summer options, so your child can attend for as many or as few weeks as you’d like.

Each week is designed to stand on its own, so campers can jump in at any time without falling behind. While attending multiple weeks allows kids to build skills and routines, weekly enrollment is always welcome.

    • Water bottle (refill stations available)

  • All sessions are led by trained coaches and staff with experience working with youth athletes. Camper safety, encouragement, and positive coaching are our top priorities.

  • Camp registration is completed on a full-week basis, and tuition covers the entire week regardless of attendance. Each week is designed as a complete program, with activities that build throughout the week.

If your child needs to miss a day due to illness, appointments, or other commitments, they are welcome to return for the remaining days. Please note that missed days are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.

  • The short answer is yes! If there are other weeks that still have spots remaining you are able to cancel your current registered week and switch into a week as long as there is availability.
