OA will provide a student success coach that will support students on-site to help with organization, time management, and coursework. Our success coach will act as a liaison between families, MNVA teachers and Optimize training. Our target Learning Coach to Student ratio is 15:1.

Is there an attendance policy?

MNVA: requires all students to submit a minimum amount of assignments per day (2). However, one of the benefits of Optimize Academy is the schedule flexibility. We understand the needs of aspiring student-athletes, so we offer an adaptable attendance policy:

  • Students can work from home when needed due to travel, recovery, or competition.

  • Coursework is completed virtually, and staff can provide at-home workout programs.

  • While we encourage on-site attendance for the best experience, our system ensures that education and training continue uninterrupted.

  • Training programs can be provided virtually for students that are missing extended periods of time.

Are computers and supplies provided to students?

Students will have access to technology and equipment supported through MNVA. However, most students will have a preferred computer that they can utilize. Families will receive a list of required materials upon enrollment. Enrolled families receive school materials as part of the tuition.
