Main Weight Room
Our main weight room is built for serious athletic development. It features squat rigs, free weights, and a turf strip to support strength training, power production, and sport-specific movement. This space is ideal for developing total-body strength, improving movement quality, and progressing athletes safely from rehab into high-level performance training.
Plyometric Room
The plyometric room is designed to train explosiveness, speed, and power. Equipped with box jumps, medicine balls, and open training space, this room allows athletes to focus on jumping, throwing, and reactive movements that translate directly to on-field and on-court performance.
Turf Area – Speed & Agility
Our turfed training area is the foundation for speed, agility, and dynamic warm-ups. Athletes use this space for acceleration work, change-of-direction drills, sled pushes, mobility, and cool-downs, creating a seamless flow between strength, power, and movement training.
