Adult Strength and Fitness

Meet in small groups up to 4 mornings a week for 4 weeks. Strength and fitness training with a certified strength trainer planning and overseeing your workout regimen. Start seeing results today!

Currently offering: Single session drop in rates and 2x, 3x, and 4x per week month memberships!

  • Get a little bit of everything in this 50+ adult fitness class

  • Improve general strength, endurance, mobility, balance, and cardio fitness

  • Improve your overall health in a fun, energetic and comfortable environment

  • Exercise that focuses on lifting mechanics, balance, age related changes and accommodations.

  • Class sizes up to 20 individuals with similar fitness goals
